We know our business better than any outsider. Why bring in a consultant?
You do, and that does not change. We add structure, an outside view and extra capacity while you keep running the business. Working in a business every day makes some patterns hard to see, so we combine your knowledge with a clear method for making decisions and following through.
What happens in the first conversation?
A short call with no obligation. We listen to the challenge, ask a few direct questions and tell you whether a diagnostic would help. If it would not, we say so and suggest what to do instead.
What does a diagnostic include?
Conversations with leadership and key team members, a review of numbers, processes and decisions, and a comparison with similar businesses. You receive a findings pack, a prioritized list of opportunities and a recommended plan with options at different scopes. You can act on it yourself or continue with us.
We have worked with consultants before and ended up with a report on a shelf. What is different here?
Our deliverables are built to be used, with clear owners, timelines, KPIs and a rhythm for reviewing progress. The plan is developed with your team in working sessions, so it belongs to you, and the Delivery stage keeps us alongside you through the first cycles.
How much of my team’s time will this take?
We plan the workload up front, so people stay focused on their day jobs. Expect a few working sessions per stage and access to the data and people we need. We agree the commitment with you before we start.
